The investor purchased the property in December 2022, and by February 2023, the remodel was complete. It was a full remodel, including contemporary shaker-style cabinets with soft-close doors/drawers, wide plank flooring, and quartz countertops. The kitchen features modern brass hardware/fixtures and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms showcase tub-to-ceiling large-format subway tile, quartz countertops, and satin nickel fixtures. The private, enclosed front garden has multiple planting areas, established fruit trees, and a new lawn. Mature tropical plants include several bird of paradise plants!
